REFUND POLICY
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, in its original condition, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging with all included materials. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from all orders, including orders that ship free, if returned. We are proud to offer hassle-free returns. This means we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label you can print at home for shipping returns. The cost of the pre-paid label (return shipping cost) is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving a return. Custom and special orders are non-refundable however replacements for defective items are provided when notified within 7 days of receipt.
SHIPPING POLICY
Busutech shall not be liable for any delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect address information provided by the customer, the unavailability of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, natural disasters, or mail carrier problems.
